101年7月15日。雄性成年海龜於基隆野放。
該綠蠵龜是海巡署人員在基隆發現，並由基隆市政府人員於100年1月5日轉送至本館收容中心。在收容長達20個月之後回復健康並於基隆野放。
Adult male green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas) was rescued by staffs of Coast Guard Administration in Kellung.
This turtle was transferred to the Shelter Centers of National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium (NMMBA) by the officer in Kellung City Government on January 5, 2011.
After almost 20 mo of care, the turtle was in a good condition.
This turtle was released in Kellung on July 15, 2012 .
