One sea turtle were released in Tainan on Sep 25, 2017. Green turtle(Chelonia mydas) was discovered by staffs of Coast Guard Administration near Tainan. After 4-month treatment, this green turtle recovered well and ready to go home. The curved carapace length and broad are 43 cm and 39 cm. During the releasing, about 80 people were invited to this special event for distributing knowledge about sea turtles and the importance of conservation.
